When does my subscription renew?

Renewals occur around midnight on the 1st of the month. If you signed up for a month to month subscription, your first renewal won’t occur until after your first box ships. We want to make sure Finders Seekers is right for you. If you’ve ordered after the 21st, your first renewal won’t be processed for another month.

Can I buy one box just to try out?

Of course! You can sign up and then cancel before the box renews (renewals occur on the 1st of every month). We’ll still send you the first box that you paid for.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account or by emailing us at lucy@findersseekers.com

What happens when I cancel?

We will send you an email confirmation letting you know that your subscription has been cancelled and you won’t be charged again. We will still ship any boxes that you have paid for before the cancellation occurred.

What is your refund policy?

You're welcome to cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account using the login button above or by emailing us. Your cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle and you will still receive any boxes that you have paid for.

For instance, if your subscription is month-to-month, you'll receive one more box after canceling. If your subscription is 3-months, 6-months, or annual you'll continue to receive your boxes until the end of the prepaid subscription period. You won't be charged at the time your subscription is scheduled to renew. Refunds are not offered for boxes that have shipped. Any refunds requested for unshipped boxes are subject to a $10 processing fee plus 10% to recoup credit card fees incurred.
