No, silly. Each month the 'Find' explores a different locale, but you'll be able to complete the adventure at your leisure from home in your underwear if that's your thing.

Everything you need is included in the box along with your trusty electronic device.

The amount of time it takes to complete each 'Find' depends on you and your sleuthing skills. But generally speaking, each adventure will provide 1.5 to 3+ hours of heart-thumping discovery.

We ship our mystery boxes once a month, by the 22nd for orders placed by the 21st of the month. We ship via USPS First Class with tracking and will email you with tracking information as soon as each box ships. Your box will typically arrive 2-7 business days later, though post-pandemic these times may be extended.

At the conclusion of each 'Find' you'll be asked for your contact information so you can be entered to win a prize. But don't worry, our lawyers also insist that we provide a way to enter the sweepstakes for those who don't have what it takes to complete a 'Find.' NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Your cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle and you will still receive any boxes that you have paid for.

For instance, if your subscription is month-to-month, you'll receive one more box after canceling. If your subscription is 3-months, 6-months, or annual you'll continue to receive your boxes until the end of the prepaid subscription period. You won't be charged at the time your subscription is scheduled to renew. Refunds are not offered for boxes that have shipped. Any refunds requested for unshipped boxes are subject to a $10 processing fee plus 10% to recoup credit card fees incurred.

Each box will include a checklist of items. If you are missing something, send an email to oops@findersseekers.com and include a description of the missing item and the city theme for the box. 

Renewals occur on the first day of the month, after you receive your first box. Depending on what option you select, your subscription will renew every one, three, six or 12 months.
